Kholeka has a Certificate in Executive & Management Coaching. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management and Clinical Psychology with a French minor.  She has progressively held various Human Resources positions in a number of organizations including Human Resources Director and Executive roles. She has over 25 years’ experience in Human Resources gained from various industries, both locally and overseas. She brings her experience as an Executive leader, knowledge of organizational cultures, and keys to thrive in organizations to her coaching practice. Chief to this is her experience in transforming organizational leadership to achieve business results through Executive and Management Coaching interventions.

Through her extensive experience in corporate and knowledge of navigating through its landscape, individuals she has coached and mentored have achieved promotions and career advancements in their respective organizations. Her coaching expertise has enabled her to build bench strength and activate succession plans that yielded phenomenal leaders in organizations. She is results-driven and brings her values of integrity, accountability and respect to her work. She is a Master Human Resources Professional with the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP) and a member of Coaching and Mentors of South Africa (COMENSA).
