Kholeka C. Ngubeni-Henderson, MAOM, MHRP
Kholeka C. Ngubeni-Henderson is the Founder and Managing Director at KhoCor Consulting and Coaching and currently a Board Director for Southern African Faith Communities’ Environment Institute (SAFCEI).
She has over 30 years of experience working in corporate both in South Africa and in the United States of America (USA) specialising in driving high-performance cultures to achieve business growth and profitability. She has extensive knowledge in all aspects of Human Resources Management including Coaching for Performance, Organizational Effectiveness, Business Management & Leadership Development gained from various industries. She has progressively held Human Resources leadership positions in various corporate organizations including Human Resources Director and Human Resources Executive, both locally and overseas. In this capacity, she has been a member of the EXCO and MANCO Teams as an architect and leader of the People Development and Employee Engagement agenda, with an accountability to the Board. As a Human Resources Executive Consultant and Business Coach, she is part of the executive leadership teams of her consulting clients partnering with them to achieve extraordinary business results while driving high levels of employee engagement.
She brings her wealth of experience as a Coach and an Executive leader developing business strategies and setting actionable organizational goals at the operational level to achieve business objectives to her Consultancy. As an Executive Coach and Human Resources Executive, she has coached C-Suite Executives, Managers, and leadership teams to not only develop themselves but also develop their respective teams to achieve career growth and business results.
She has also achieved extraordinary results in transforming organizational cultures, enhancing employee relations, driving high levels of employee engagement, and managing talent to build organizational sustainability. Chief to this is her experience and her ability to transform organizations and organizational leadership to achieve business results through innovative and creative solutions.
As a Coach, Kholeka’s coaching philosophy focuses on bringing out the greatness within individuals. Her coaching methodology unleashes the true potential of her clients and enables them to overcome their personal saboteurs, tap into their sage mind to achieve extraordinary results, both in business and at a personal level.
As a Speaker, she has challenged individuals and teams to self-introspect, reflect on their saboteurs, limiting behaviours and beliefs to uncover what is holding them back from achieving their desired personal and professional success. She has shared techniques on how they can turn their circumstances around to achieve the desired sustainable change and live meaningful and purpose lives.
Kholeka holds a Master of Arts Degree in Organizational Behaviour, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Resources Management and Clinical Psychology with a minor in French and a Certificate in Executive and Management Coaching. She is a Master Human Resources Professional with the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP) and a member of Coaching and Mentors of South Africa (COMENSA).
She is self-motivated, results-driven, and brings her values of spirituality, integrity, honesty, accountability, and respect to her work. Kholeka is passionate about people and developing them to reach their true potential is her forte.
