Kholeka C. Ngubeni-Henderson, MAOM, MHRP
Kholeka has a Certificate in Executive & Management Coaching. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management and Clinical Psychology with a minor in French. She has progressively held Human Resources positions in various corporate organizations including Human Resources Director and Executive roles. She is currently the Founder and Managing Director at KhoCor Coaching & Consulting, a Human Resources & Leadership Development Consultancy.

She has over 25 years’ experience in Human Resources Management gained from various industries, both locally and overseas. She brings her wealth of experience as an Executive leader coaching C-Suite Executives, leadership teams, and Managers, knowledge of organizational cultures, and keys to thriving in organizations to her coaching practice. Chief to this is her experience in transforming organizations and organizational leadership to achieve business results through innovative and creative coaching solutions.

Through her extensive experience in corporate and knowledge of navigating through its landscape, individuals she has coached and mentored have achieved promotions and career advancements in their respective organizations. Business leaders have seen an increase in revenue from their businesses. Her coaching expertise has enabled her to build bench strength and activate succession plans that yielded phenomenal leaders in organizations.

She has also coached individuals through their most difficult and challenging personal circumstances as a Life Coach and helped them to not only see beyond their current dark moments but also triumph in a life full of possibilities. She is results-driven and brings her values of spirituality, integrity, honesty, accountability, and respect to her work. She is a Master Human Resources Professional with the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP) and a member of Coaching and Mentors of South Africa (COMENSA).
